This property is well located at a great location just north of Lyngseidet, 2-hour drive from Tromsø, and just 50 meters from the shore at Lyngenfjord. The house sits on the most popular areas of the Lyngen region. In summer you can see the midnight sun directly from the house, and the Northern Lights are visible from the doorstep. It’s an excellent base for skiing—both cross-country and summit-to-sea (January to May)—hiking in the mountains (June to October), and for viewing the midnight sun (May to July) or the northern lights (September to March). The property (ground floor and second floor) is 85 m² and has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwaasher, a bathroom with washing machine, TV, and more. It is recommended for 2–4 guests but can accommodate up to 5. Guests have access to a traditional wood-burning sauna (fee: 300 NOK) and charger for electric cars at no extra cost. Also offer ready-made dinner meals featuring traditional Norwegian or international dishes at an affordable price.

The northernmost whisky destillery and its cafe is located a 15 minutes walk away, and a guided tour at the destillery can be arranged.This is a typical farmer-fisherman area near the shore of Lyngen fjord. The landscape is dramatic and so can the weather be in winter time. But lovely in summer time. The snow will remain on ground until April and summer lasts from medio May to September. This is a good place for winter activities like skiing, dog sledging, watching nothern lights, whale watching tours, or summer activities like hiking in mountains, riding a bicyckle or fishing from shore. The nearest whale watching tours (late fall and winter) are just an hours drive away. A quiet and safe area with beautiful nature and surroundings.
